Service as It Should Be
1. I try to describe my listings to the best of my ability. However, some of these are handmade items. color may vary from monitor. Some examples of past orders I use for preorders are different models, fabric, trim, or buttons may differ.
Therefore, please don't hesitate to ask any questions before you buy.

2. I do not accept returns or provide refunds unless I agree that my listings didn’t fully describe the item. If we agree to a refund, I will refund your money after the item has been received back to me. All expenses related to the listings are the buyer’s responsibility and returned funds will be less than shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

3. My auctions are mailed with a tracking number.

4. The handing time differs. It is usually 1-3 Business days unless stated differently on the listing, but I reserve the right to take longer.

5.. For domestic: we ship using USPS, UPS Ground, or FedEx. For international shipping, we will only use USPS. No exceptions

6. I do custom order, but the pricing and time depends on the order. Please state how much creative freedom I have when making an order. I do not do exact replicas.
